The Student Council is the representative body of the students of the college, as per the guidelines of Maharashtra Public Universities Act, 2016 and relevant circulars issued by the affiliating university. The council plays an important role for execution of every Academic, Co-Curricular and Extra- Curricular work. The Student council acts as the link between college authorities and students.
The purpose of the Mandal is to protect and spread Marathi culture and create awareness about the importance of Marathi language.
Events organized include Marathi moot-court, Marathi cultural programme, Celebration of “Marathi Bhasha Diwas”, Kavya Vachan, Drafting in Marathi etc.
The Legal Aid Committee is established for the purpose of conducting Legal awareness programmes in the society. This committee is a link between the District Legal Aid & Advice Committee and College. Through the Legal Aid Committee, the College organizes various seminars, legal awareness programs, Jail Visit, Paralegal training etc. This Committee organizes Para Legal Training, Legal awareness Programme, Free legal Advice, Seminar on socio-legal topics, special lectures on socio-economic and legal topics.
This committee is established for the purpose of handling all academic programmes. Events generally Organized includes Degree Distribution function, Practical Training, Internal exam, organizing Special Lectures, Bridge-courses, Academic Planner, Orientation programme, organize study tour and long tour, Faculty Development Programme, Seminar etc.
This committee collects all events Report, Arrangements for the group Photograph, information of the event, and edit the report for publication in college magazine / College Website.
The object of this committee is conducting various intra-class and inter collegiate moot-court competitions. The Committee is also involved in organizing other competitions like Debates, Parliamentary Debate, Law Quiz, Elocution etc.
MCC is involved in Orientation / Training for Drafting Memorials, organizing Fresher's Moot, Intra- class moot, Late Principal Dr. Rege Inter collegiate moot court competition, to select a team of students for participation in Moot, Debate, Elocution, and other competitions.
The main purpose of this Committee is to organize various cultural programmes and Annual day in the college.
The Events organized ordinarily includes - Freshers party, Fair-well party, Traditional day, Teacher's day, Chocolate day, Rose day, Saree & Tie day, Annual Cultural Programme. The Committee also organizes Intercollegiate singing competitions like “Anuraag”.
This cell guides the students to take up career-oriented courses, helps the students to acquires hard and soft skills necessary for career of their choice and guides in exploring employment opportunities after the completion of their courses. Students should regularly read notice board.
Committee organizes college level, Indoor and Outdoor games and selects students for participating in various events.
This Committee is established for organizing social service programmes on behalf of the college. The events organized, generally include Organizing Blood Donation Camp, Environment Protection Programme like cleaning the Beach/ River/ Public garden etc. Awareness programme on various social evil issues.
This Committee is established for the purpose of uploading and up grading College websites. This committee is also responsible to upload certain documents, Notices, Reports and Photographs of all college events
The object of this committee is to ensure an effective solution to the student's grievances with an impartial and fair approach. The function of the cell is to look into the complaints lodged by any student, and judge its merit. The committee is also empowered to look into matters of harassment.
